Accordingly, the Europe House network invites all interested candidates to apply for the following vacancies:
PUBLIC SPACE MANAGER EH SKOPJE
Key responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of Europe House as a dynamic public space
Ensure high visibility, visitor engagement, and a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
Support the organization and delivery of engaging public events and activities
Build and maintain partnerships with local and regional stakeholders and communities
Ensure the space is safe, clean, well-maintained, and ready for public use
Keep basic monthly records of running costs and support financial reporting
Act as focal point for all EHs in terms of bookkeeping, archiving, procurement procedures and payments
Qualifications and key skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field/Fluency in written and spoken English / Fully computer literate
Experience in business/office/public space management, office administration (assistance, archiving, recording, basic financial management/bookkeeping)
Working experience in EU funded projects and good understanding of the European Union, EU values, and EU-related topics
Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage a busy public space, engage diverse audiences, oversee daily operations and work effectively within a networked team environment.

CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER EH SKOPJE
Key responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the social media accounts of the Europe House network, with shared responsibility for EUD-related channels
Develop and implement social media strategies to strengthen the EH brand and its online presence
Create, publish, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube)
Act as the single, consistent voice of the EH brand across all social media channels
Plan, manage, and optimise social media campaigns to increase visibility, reach, and audience engagement
Monitor trends, algorithms, and best practices, and apply insights to continuously improve performance
Ensure consistency of EH messaging, tone, and visual identity across platforms
Engage with online audiences in a timely and professional manner to build trust and community
Deliver content and campaigns under tight deadlines and time pressure
Qualifications and key skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field/Fluency in written and spoken English / Fully computer literate
Proven senior-level experience in social media and digital content management
Strong experience managing multiple social media platforms and campaigns
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong, positive brand presence online
Working experience in EU funded projects and good understanding of the European Union, EU values, and EU-related topics
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating within a networked environment

CREATIVE MANAGER EH SKOPJE
Key responsibilities:
Lead the strategic development of creative content for the Europe House network, ensuring alignment with EH brand and communication goals
Develop, update, and promote creative content across digital channels, including the website and social media
Coordinate and guide EH teams and external creatives to deliver high-quality creative outputs on time and within budget
Work closely with artists, designers, writers, and other creative professionals to ensure a consistent EH brand identity
Coordinate closely with the Brand Manager and Graphic Designers on creative content development
Supervise and oversee photo, audio, and video (A/V) content production
Ensure regular updates of the EH website, including language versions, photo galleries, and A/V content
Monitor audience interests and trends, and propose and implement innovative content ideas and upgrades in close coordination with the EUD
Deliver creative outputs under tight deadlines and time pressure
Qualifications and key skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field/Fluency in written and spoken / Fully computer literate
Proven senior-level experience in creative management, content development, or leading creative teams
Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide creative professionals to produce innovative, high-quality work
Strong experience in managing digital content (web and multimedia)
Working experience in EU funded projects and good understanding of the European Union, EU values, and EU-related topics
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating complex creative processes
Strong creative and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and workflows strategically, deliver high-quality content under pressure, and ensure consistent brand-aligned outputs across platforms.

EVENTS MANAGER EH SKOPJE
Key responsibilities:
Manage the full event lifecycle, from planning and organisation to delivery and post-event evaluation
Coordinate event logistics, timelines, and budgets to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
Manage communication and coordination with partners, stakeholders, vendors, and collaborators
Ensure effective attendee management and smooth on-site event delivery
Apply a strategic approach to event communication and positioning
Identify and address challenges calmly and professionally to ensure seamless event execution
Lead negotiations with service providers to secure best value while maintaining quality standards
Conduct post-event evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement of EH events
Qualifications and key skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field/Fluency in written and spoken English / Fully computer literate
Proven experience in event management and coordination
Demonstrated skills in organisation, time management, and multi-tasking
Experience in budget management, vendor coordination, and negotiations
Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and leadership skills

BRAND MANAGER EH SKOPJE
Key responsibilities:
Lead and safeguard the Europe House brand identity and image across the entire EH network
Ensure consistent, positive, and relevant brand perception among target audiences
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen visibility, recognition, and trust
Oversee strategic programme activities that influence how the EH network is perceived by the public
Monitor public perception and identify opportunities to improve EH positioning, particularly among young people
Manage brand-related budgets and allocate resources effectively
Analyse brand performance and propose strategic improvements and differentiation
Qualifications and key skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field/Fluency in written and spoken English / Fully computer literate
Proven senior-level experience in brand development, implementation, and oversight
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing brand strategies
Experience in budget management and performance monitoring
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into strategic actions

PRESS AND MEDIA OFFICER EH SKOPJE
Key responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between the Europe House network and the media
Respond to media enquiries related to EH initiatives, launches, campaigns, and events
Proactively pitch stories, campaigns, and activities to maintain and grow media interest in the EH brand
Draft, edit, and disseminate press releases and media materials
Promote a positive and consistent image of the EH network across print, broadcast, and digital media
Monitor media coverage and public narratives related to the EH network
Safeguard the integrity and reputation of the EH brand in media appearances and communications
Maintain regular relations with journalists and media outlets at national and local level
Qualifications and key skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field/Fluency in written and spoken English / Fully computer literate
Proven senior-level experience in public relations, media relations, communications, journalism, or marketing
Strong experience liaising with journalists and managing media enquiries
Excellent writing and editing skills
Working experience in EU funded projects and good understanding of the European Union, EU values, and EU-related topics
Experience working under time pressure and managing multiple media requests
Excellent communication and media relations skills, with the ability to craft clear messages, manage press engagement proactively and reactively, protect brand reputation, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
