Youth and Civil Society from the Western Balkans present to EU High Representative/Vice-President Josep Borrel the handover of their contribution to the Conference on the Future of Europe.On the occasion of a visit by High Representative/Vice-President of the European Commission, Josep Borrel .
Throughout the Conference on the Future of Europe (CoFoE), people from the Western Balkans region, in particular civil society representatives, often also involving representatives from EU Member states, organised and engaged in a series of regional debates reflecting on the key issues and offered constructive input and solutions for common challenges that our common continent faces.
This engagement started in Prespa, North Macedonia in July 2021, and on the occasion of the visit of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, Josep Borrell to the region, CSOs representatives, and youth organisations will provide him with a handover of Western Balkan’s contributions to the CoFoE.
The event, through its panel and debate, is to address the current situation and challenges yet project a voice of reason and reflect the regional (WB6) aspiration to join the European Union.
