Europe House Bitola<\/strong><\/a> marked International Youth Day<\/strong> with two different activities in two different locations, united by one common goal \u2013 to create opportunities for young people to feel good about themselves, connect with others, and know that their voices matter.<\/p>\n

In collaboration with Urban Nest<\/strong><\/a>, the Youth Centre in Krivoga\u0161tani<\/strong> hosted the mental health workshop \u201cBetween Thought and Feeling\u201d<\/strong>, led by Marija Ad\u017eioska Dunimagloski, a licensed psychologist and founder of the \u201cGrowth and Development\u201d Psychological Centre. The workshop created a space for young people to talk about their inner world and explored practical ways to achieve a calmer mind, better emotional regulation, and a healthier relationship with oneself.<\/p>\n

From caring for their own wellbeing to taking an active role in their community, the celebration continued in Prilep<\/strong>, where Europe House Bitola<\/strong> supported the local Youth Council Prilep<\/strong><\/a> in organizing both the formal and informal parts of the event.<\/p>\n

Through a moderated panel discussion, young people had the opportunity to learn more about local youth initiatives, exchange ideas and experiences, and take part directly in conversations about issues that matter to them.<\/p>\n
