PUBLIC SPACE MANAGER EH SKOPJE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key responsibilities: <\/em><\/p>\n

Manage the day-to-day operations of Europe House as a dynamic public space<\/p>\n

Ensure high visibility, visitor engagement, and a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere<\/p>\n

Support the organization and delivery of engaging public events and activities<\/p>\n

Build and maintain partnerships with local and regional stakeholders and communities<\/p>\n

Ensure the space is safe, clean, well-maintained, and ready for public use<\/p>\n

Keep basic monthly records of running costs and support financial reporting<\/p>\n

Act as focal point for all EHs in terms of bookkeeping, archiving, procurement procedures and payments<\/p>\n

Qualifications and key skills:\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field\/Fluency in written and spoken English \/ Fully computer literate<\/p>\n

Experience in business\/office\/public space management, office administration<\/strong> (assistance, archiving, recording, basic financial management\/bookkeeping)<\/p>\n

Working experience in EU funded projects and good understanding of the European Union, EU values, and EU-related topics<\/p>\n

Manage and oversee the social media accounts of the Europe House network, with shared responsibility for EUD-related channels<\/p>\n

Develop and implement social media strategies to strengthen the EH brand and its online presence<\/p>\n

Create, publish, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X\/Twitter, YouTube)<\/p>\n

Act as the single, consistent voice of the EH brand across all social media channels<\/p>\n

Plan, manage, and optimise social media campaigns to increase visibility, reach, and audience engagement<\/p>\n

Monitor trends, algorithms, and best practices, and apply insights to continuously improve performance<\/p>\n

Lead the strategic development of creative content for the Europe House network, ensuring alignment with EH brand and communication goals<\/p>\n

Develop, update, and promote creative content across digital channels, including the website and social media<\/p>\n

Coordinate and guide EH teams and external creatives to deliver high-quality creative outputs on time and within budget<\/p>\n

Work closely with artists, designers, writers, and other creative professionals to ensure a consistent EH brand identity<\/p>\n

Coordinate closely with the Brand Manager and Graphic Designers on creative content development<\/p>\n

Supervise and oversee photo, audio, and video (A\/V) content production<\/p>\n

Ensure regular updates of the EH website, including language versions, photo galleries, and A\/V content<\/p>\n

Monitor audience interests and trends, and propose and implement innovative content ideas and upgrades in close coordination with the EUD<\/p>\n

Respond to media enquiries related to EH initiatives, launches, campaigns, and events<\/p>\n

Proactively pitch stories, campaigns, and activities to maintain and grow media interest in the EH brand<\/p>\n

Draft, edit, and disseminate press releases and media materials<\/p>\n

Promote a positive and consistent image of the EH network across print, broadcast, and digital media<\/p>\n

Monitor media coverage and public narratives related to the EH network<\/p>\n

Safeguard the integrity and reputation of the EH brand in media appearances and communications<\/p>\n

Maintain regular relations with journalists and media outlets at national and local level<\/p>\n
